The Inspirations From The Existence

“WHOEVER KILLED A HUMAN BEING (DESTROYED HIS LIFE) SHALL BE LOOKED UPON AS THOUGH HE HAD KILLED ALL MANKIND AND WHOEVER SAVED A HUMAN LIFE SHALL BE REGARDED AS THOUGH HE HAD SAVED ALL MANKIND.” (The Glorious Koran Al-Maidah, 32)

THIS IS THE OPINION OF ALLAH AND HZ. MUHAMMAD (S.A.V.).

Let them search the four Gospels (The Bible) thoroughly; the word “Son” is written in none of them. You cannot come across any address of Allah addressing Jesus the Messiah as “O Son! My Son!”. You cannot meet any saying of Hz. Jesus as “I am the son of Allah.” either. You never meet any Trinity-the synthesis of “Father, son and the Holy Spirit”. As these words are not written in the Four Gospels, it is definitely understood that in Rome, the King (Constantine) promised Christians to accept the Christianity as an official religion on condition that they supported him with their swords to win the war and so Christianity became the official Religion of Rome due to this. After that, the churches that did not exist there until that time were opened in the 3rd century and the fathers of Church added these expressions “Trinity Doctrine”and “the Son of God” into the Gospels themselves though they were not mentioned in the original Gospels and they taught Christian people or communities in this way. Consequently, they chose the path of polytheism corrupting Christianity, which is a religion of Unity.

There are not any expressions like “Son, My son and I am the son of Allah by the Messiah” in the text of the Bible. However, it is seen that there are interpretations in the footnotes of the Bible beside the text. The footnotes and the interpretations are not the verses of the Bible. This kind of interpretations or similar interpretations might have been made. Such words were not heard from Petrus, who was a Disciple. Pavlus and similar ones are not Disciples. Their words are not considered seriously.

In addition to this, as the Bible is the Book of Allah, it cannot be considered the Bible to have been contrary to the other Books of Allah Torah, the Pentateuch and the Koran. The terms “Son, the Son of Allah and the Trinity” are not met in the Torah, the Pentateuch and the Koran. The first command in the Ten Commandments given to Moses is exactly: “O Moses, there is no other god apart from your Lord.” In other words, the god is one- sole and He is the Most Glorious Allah, who is the Creator of the Universe and man.

This is the truth, my brothers! The content of the Four Books emphasize on this truth. The books of Allah cannot be contrary to each other.

Fathers of Church have constantly been propagandizing that Hz. Muhammad (A.S.V.) spread Islam Religion with sword. However, Christians had also helped the King with their swords, who promised them that he would accept Christianity as an official Religion and they terribly murdered the Romans who were against the King. Afterwards Christianity was established in Rome as a result of a bloody war in Rome. This is a historical fact.

In addition to this, when the King of Rome accepted Christianity churches-places of worship- were built versus synagogues and synagogues were exempted and Judaism was also exempted by declaring that the church was “the only house of God”. In other words, when a bloody battle was won in Rome, Christianity was declared as the only religion, exempting synagogues and Judaism. They had taken a kind of revenge from the Jewish people in this way. This happened in 300 A.D. when Hz. Muhammad (S.A.V.) was not in the world and the Koran was not revealed yet. All was done against the Jews.

When Christianity was formed as a state in Rome, guns and swords were used while Christianity was spreading in the north of Rome and in the whole land of Roman Empire.

People besides Roman Empire did not accept Christianity with their own will. There had been bloody battles. That is to say, Christians had shed lots of blood in order to spread Christianity in the years 300 A.D. and in recent years.

Hz. Moses had also murdered all the Canaanites, who were very tyrant and powerful, while he was invading Palestine. Those who read the Huruj part of the Torah know this. The Koran also explained this. That is to say, Hz. Moses and the Children of Israel entered Holy Lands after they had put Canaanites to the sword.

The battles of David and Solomon are known by everybody. Hz. Muhammad (S.A.W.) had not fought unless it were a necessity same as Moses, David, Solomon and Talut. That means to say the Prophets before our Prophet had fought against enemies and shed lots of blood in order to apply the religion of Allah.

Furthermore, the Jews had not stood as a protector of Jesus and they exempted Jesus. No force could be formed around Jesus to fight against Romans. Even if there was, Romans and Caesar were a very powerful state of that time. Fighting against them might have brought the complete annihilation of the Israelites. Hz. Jesus the Messiah suggested not fighting against Caesar due to this reason or such reasons (because the Israelites were weak). He never recognized right to these polytheist tyrant Caesar and Romans. Caesar was cruel and infidel. It cannot be thought that a true a Prophet would recognize right to a disbeliever and tyrant because the Messiah is Haqq (Truth) and Caesar is falsehood. The Truth does not give any right to falsehood. What the Messiah told is as follows as meaning:

Only three Prophets made temples or places of worship as a prophet. The first person to make the first place of worship was our ancestor Hz. ABRAHAM. He built the Kaaba in Mecca and separated a place to perform namaz for himself near it. “Namaz” means “selat” in Arabic that means praying, begging, imploring God and it is performed while standing up. The Maqam (place, rank) of Abraham is the place for ritual prayer. “Vettehizu min makami İbrahime musella- Make the place where Abraham stood a house of worship!” (Al-Baqarah, 125) It is a place where one prays God while standing up. The other places of worship were built by his descendants Hz. Solomon and Hz. Muhammad (A.S.V.)

The Prophet Solomon built “Mesjid-i Aqsa” (the mosque just south of the Dome of the Rock) in Jerusalem and Hz. Muhammad (a.s.v.) had “Masjid-i Kubra” built in Madina. There are not any other Prophets, who built places of worship, apart from these Prophets. That is to say, Abraham (A.S.V.) and his descendants, especially, Hz. Moses and Hz. Jesus neither had built places of worship nor had them built. Only three prophets that come from the Family of Hz. Abraham and of His two sons Ishmael and Isaac had built places of worship and they are Hz. Abraham, Hz. Solomon and Hz. Muhammad (A.S.V.)

Our master Hz. Jesus the Messiah (A.S.) was consisted of a PHYSICAL BODY AND A SPIRIT like other Prophets and like our father Adam.

Spirit is the Decree, the Command (His state, His condition) of Allah. It is His eternal attribute but not the person or essence of Allah. The Spirit- the Command or Decree of Allah existed in Adam and in all his descendants. If there is no spirit, there cannot be reason and thinking. Reason and thought do not exist in animals, only human beings have them and they come from the Spirit that Allah has given. Allah is above the Throne with His person. However, His decree (Command), His attribute and His Spirit is everywhere. Hz. Jesus the Messiah (A.S.) is a great Prophet that Allah confirmed with a Holy Spirit. He is one of the dear servants of Allah.

“Ve eyyednahu biruhil kudus - We confirmed (strengthened) him with the Holy Spirit.” (Al-Baqarah, 87) Therefore, Hz. Jesus (A.S.) had showed extraordinary miracles with the power of the Holy Spirit that was confirmed or strengthened him. He had taken His power from the Holy Spirit. Whoever the Holy Spirit is breathed or given becomes very mystical and divine and extraordinary miracles are seen in him. However, Hz. Muhammad (A.S.V.) is the first Spirit that Allah called as “My Spirit”. He is His first manifestation, His first appearance and His first sign. He is the source of all the spirits including the Holy Spirit and the Faithful Spirit (Angel Gabriel). He is like the Sun. The other spirits are like the stars. Yet, the Holy Spirit is very bright like the Moon and very powerful. The Holy Spirit of Hz. Muhammad (a.s.v.) is Universal Spirit. He is the Father of all the spirits. He is the Holy Father.

Allah the Most High is the eternal existence and His existence, His essence is Divine Light and the power that exists in His Divine Light.

“Allahu nuru semavati vel ard - Allah is the Divine Light of the heavens and the earth.” (Al-Nur, 35)

Allah, who is Divine Light, has no limits and sides. Allah does not have any limits and borders. If He has a limit, then absence is considered around Him and Allah becomes a limited being. A limited being cannot be Allah and He is considered as other limited beings. No limit or boundary can be attributed to Allah. Therefore, Allah, who is infinite Divine Light, cannot fit into any physical bodies, any hearts and any spirits. Allah is loftier than all things, He is exalted. The saying of the church “Allah is armored by the Spirit of Jesus” has no scientific, reasonable and philosophical value because Allah is infinite Divine Light. An infinite being cannot fit into limited beings. The sayings such as “Allah has entered someone-reincarnation-” is impossible in view of the infinity of Allah. However, the person of Allah the Most High, the Spirit-His attribution- is reflected in the mirror of the heart same as the Sun is seen in a mirror. Reflection does not mean entering the mirror. The sun never fits into a mirror however much it is big but it is reflected on a mirror. This is a reflection. Reflecting and entering are different matters.

The statement of the Jews such as “We are the sons and the loved ones of Allah” (*) is also contrary to the fact of the Unity of Allah. THE LOVED ONES OF ALLAH are His Prophets, His Saints and His dear servants that are in love with HIM.

According to what they say, all the Jews and Christians are all the sons and daughters of Allah (Woe to other human beings!). If they are accepted as the sons and daughters of Allah, then what is the meaning and holiness of Jesus Christ as a son then? Every Jewish and Christian is a Jesus the Messiah then! And there is no need for worshipping, synagogues and prayers in the churches in that case. All the Jews and Christians are saved like Jesus and Moses anyway. They are the sons, daughters and the beloved ones of Allah whatever sins they commit. Every murder, tyranny and all kinds of evil they commit will be left to them (will not be punished) anyway.

This much nonsense and stupidity is unbelievable.

For, Allah does not punish His sons, daughters and certainly the loved ones and no sins such as crimes, terror, murder, illegal seizure and killing will be punished.

As Dostoyevsky said in his novel CRIME AND PUNISHMENT: “If there is a crime, there will be punishment. If there is no punishment, there will be no crime.” The church, which defends the infinite forgiveness, is in this conflict. HOWEVER, ALLAH THE MOST HIGH IS ABSOLUTELY FAIR. HE WILL PUNISH THOSE WHO COMMIT GRAVE SINS.

“Yağfirü limen yeşau ve yuazzibü men yeşau - Allah pardons whom he will and punishes whom He pleases.” (The Imrans-129, Al-Maidah-18, 40)

(*) “Ve kaletil yehudü vennesars nahnü ebnaullahi ve ahibbahu - The Jews and Christians said: ‘We are the sons of Allah and His loved ones.’ ” (Al-Maidah, 18)

Allah is Divine Light and He cannot have any children. Allah is neither male nor female. Allah has no gender. DIVINE LIGHT HAS NO GENDER. GENDER IS FOR BIOLOGICAL BEINGS. SINCE ALLAH IS DIVINE LIGHT, HE DOES NOT SPLIT INTO PIECES, HE CANNOT BE DIVIDED OR UNITED LIKE BIOLOGICAL BEINGS. ALLAH IS NOT UNITED AFTER BEING DIVIDED. BIOLOGICAL AND PHYSICAL BEINGS ARE SPLIT INTO PIECES. ALLAH IS DIVINE LIGHT AND PERFECT. THE PERFECT BEING DOES NOT NEED SYNTHESIS. HE IS AN ABSOLUTE WHOLE AND HE DOES NOT ACCEPT SYNTHESIS. ALL THINGS ARE HIS MANIFESTATIONS AND SIGNS SAME AS SEA AND ITS FOAM BUBBLES. BUBBLES COME INTO BEING FROM THE SEA AND THEY ARE ANNIHILATED AND HID IN THE SEA AGAIN.

“ALLAH HAS ENCOMPASSED ALL THINGS.”

“ELA INNEHU Bİ KÜLLİ ŞEY’İN MUHİT- KNOW THAT ALLAH HAS ENCOMPASSED ALL THINGS.” (Al-Fussilet, 54)

THE PRESENCE OF ALLAH IS DIVINE LIGHT AND HE IS ETERNAL EXISTENCE. (HE EXISTS HIMSELF.) ALLAH IS THE FIRST REASON. (HE IS THE REASON OF THE REASONS) HE IS AN INFINITE DIVINE LIGHT AND INFINITE POWER. HE IS AN INFINITE, BORDERLESS ABSOLUTE WHOLE. ALLAH CREATED ALL THE WORLDS AND ENCOMPASSED ALL OF THEM. THEREFORE, AS ALLAH HAS ENCOMPASSED ALL THINGS, ALL THINGS AND EVERYONE IS A SLAVE OF HIM. THE SLAVE-SERVANT IS A KIND OF PRISONER OF ALLAH, WHO SOVEREIGNED HIM. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GO OUT OF HIS SOVEREIGNITY. FOR THIS REASON, ALLAH SAID IN THE KORAN ADDRESSING TO MAN “WHERE ARE YOU RUNNING AWAY?” IT MEANS THAT WHEREVER YOU GO I AM THERE.THIS IS THE EXALTATION AND LOFTINESS OF ALLAH.

The fathers of the Church deified Jesus in this way, who is a great prophet of Allah and one of His dear servants, and made a trinity (a synthesis of three things) and corrupted the Unity of Allah, who is infinite, endless Divine Light and they fell down into the hollow of polytheism of the Romans. They became polytheists and led millions of Christian brothers to this dark polytheism hollow.

Our Christian brothers are actually innocent. All these errors or faults were made by the men of Christian religion. Since our innocent Christian brothers did not know the realities we told, they accepted the false opinions that were put forward by their men of religion as true, without knowing the truth, and led Christian crowds into polytheism. In fact, Christian people are innocent. However, our age is the time of searching and learning realities. If they continue telling what they were made to memorize without having made any researches, they will become guilty as well, because Allah has given man spirit, intellect, thought and the ability to search. By means of this false teaching, Christian communities strayed from the divine, mystical, spiritual path of Hz. Muhammad (A.S.V.) and Hz. Jesus (A.S.) in time and inclined to carnal, worldly, sexual pleasures. They also went far from the church as well. They did not find any real, divine, spiritual pleasure at churches. This caused them to stray from the spirit and to approach sensual, physical, carnal desires.

“Ve rehbaniyyetenibteduha ma ketebinaha aleyhim illebtigae ridvanillahi fema reevha hakkan riayetiha-As for monasticism, they instituted it themselves (for We had not enjoined it on them), seeking thereby to please God, but they did not obey it faithfully.” Al-Hadid, 27)

Allah the Most High said in the Koran that He did not command the Christians to lead a monastic life, but they had invented it themselves for the sake of Allah, however they did not obey it afterwards. In other words, Allah did not command the monastic life (staying away from the worldly pleasures, not marrying and being away from all the sensual and physical affairs such as eating, drinking etc.) Yet, Allah does not say that monastic life is bad. Our Lord did not load this heavy burden on people because He knew that it would be hard for people and they would not absolutely be away from the worldly pleasures. However, He did not prohibit His servants who do it in order to approach Himself. This is what the Koran declares. The meaning of our Prophet’s saying “There is no monastic life in religion” does not mean that nobody can live a monastic live. He meant that God did not command it. If God commanded, then there would be a monastic life in religion. This is the explanation of the saying “There is no monastic life in religion”. However, it is understood from the Koran that He does not prohibit people who lead a monastic life. He let people free in this matter. There are some servants of God who love God so passionately that they want neither this world nor the next world. In other words, there are some servants of God who only desire the Person of Allah and His Divine Beauty leaving the pleasures of this world and the next world. They are the darlings of Allah. These realities about Hz. Jesus, the Holy Spirit, the Bible and Christianity can be read in our books (Existence, Muhammad-Jesus-Adam and in Shariat and Tariqat in Islam), and in the articles that we loaded on internetwww.varliktanveriler.com.. Our Christian brothers should thoroughly search the realities that we explained very clearly. If they do not, they will be responsible then.

Now I will explain a truth as a Muslim:

The Holy Spirit is the second spirit, which was sent to Jesus to confirm him. In other words, the Holy Spirit is the same origin of the spirit that was breathed to Jesus before. For this reason, he owned very mystical and extraordinary powers. As the Christian religion men did not live the monastic life mentioned in the Koran and invented it themselves but not obey it afterwards and because they pretend as if they live it by their costumes and behaviors, there is no Spiritual, Christian life left in the World of Christianity. There may be some exceptions though in one thousandth. There is a fact that exceptions do not change the rule.

As for us-Muhammadans-, if we criticize ourselves, the teaching of Madrasas attached over ninety percent importance to physical world or corporal world. In other words, madrasas are a hundred percent against Sufism, mysticism and spiritualism. The proof of it is “Sufism did not emerge from madrasa” “Sufism emerged fromtekke” This is a historical truth.

Sufism gave priority to divine love and it considers the world in the second place. However, Sufism absolutely refused worldly pleasures and the pleasures of this world. It regards only five or ten percent of it. The aim of a Sufi is metaphysical, spiritual, mystical pleasures. This is DIVINE LOVE. A real Sufi turned his face ninety percent to Allah and his back to the world. He accepted the world as a means of subsistence and appropriated himself living on his own labor in order not to be in misery. This is the teaching of Hz. Muhammad and of all the Prophets. Whoever studies the Koran and the Four Books accepts this if he has a bit of fairness.

Protecting religion and country is the duty of the state administrators. It is possible to protect the religion and country by acquiring the contemporary technology. Individuals, people cannot produce technology; this is done by the state. State educates the citizens among people who have capacity. It enables these efficient people to study physical sciences in proper, necessary and scientific facilities. It attaches importance to Physical Sciences (numerical, scientific branches). People pays taxes to government and does military service only for this preparation of technology and for protecting the country by means of this. Hz. Muhammad (S.A.V.) commanded “to learn and produce the guns (contemporary technology) of the other side” and he also encouraged to learn writing.

Hz. Muhammad (S.A.V.) and all the Prophets lived in simple houses and sat on a dry mat. They suggested eating and drinking less. They stayed away from the worldly pleasures as much as they could and those who believed them wanted to do the same. However, all the Religions pertaining to Holy Books recommended to work hard and to live by his own labor.

None of the Prophets suggested wealth and luxurious life. The Four Books are obvious, my brothers. Beyond what I told is sophistry. To desire world means to stray from spiritual world.

Allah says in the Koran “Vellezine amenu eşşeddu hubben lillah - The believers (Muslims) love Allah the most (very passionately)”. (Al-Baqarah, 165). It means that Allah should be loved very passionately. Hz. Muhammad and all the Prophets suggested this love of God. Hz. Jesus (A.S.) also said “Love God with all your presence.” This is the essence of Allah, of Religion and of the Four Books. Hz. Mawlana Jalaladdini Rumi said:

“Aşkest tariki rahi Peygamberima - The path of our Prophet Hz. Muhammad (S.A.V.) is LOVE.”

Note: It is true that our dear Prophet Hz. Muhammad (S.A.V.) had nine wives. However, Khatija (Hatice), his first wife was a 40 year-old widow. He married her when he was 25 years old and he did not have any other women until he was 53 years old. Two of the women he married after the death of Hz. Khatija were young. One f them was Mother Aisha, the other one was Mother Maria. (She was of Christian origin). His other six wives were old, widow and poor women. Some of them were the daughters of the chiefs of the tribes or near them. He might have married them for a good cause in the appearance of Islam. He did not have any children from the other wives except Mother Khatija and Mother Maria. He had children only from these two women. He perhaps did not have any physical relations with the other women. The church is always stressing that our Prophet had taken many women and he was fond of worldly pleasures.

They have been insulting the last Prophet of Allah (A.S.V.) because they are afraid. What they are afraid of is:

Hz. Muhammad qualifies Hz. Jesus the Messiah as a means of purification (inner purification). He has been declaring all his miracles very openheartedly and telling that he is a great Prophet. He has also been telling that Mother Mary was a holy virgin and some of the Jews slandered HER. He has declared very sincerely that the Bible was the Book of Allah and it is DIVINE LIGHT like the other Divine Books the Koran, the Torah, the Psalms of David. Our master, the exalted and true Prophet Muhammad (A.S.V.) has told what Allah revealed him about the holiness and loftiness of Jesus the Messiah, Mary and the Bible.

Nobody has exalted Jesus the Messiah, Mary and the Bible so much as Hz. Muhammad (S.A.V.) and the Glorious Koran did. It is merely sufficient for a real Christian to read the Sura (Chapter) Maryam (Mary) in the Koran. In addition to this, the Koran and Hz. Muhammad recognized Christians many privileges and easy circumstances. He qualified Christians close to Muslims in affection among other people. “You will find the nearest in affection to faithful are those who say we are Christians.” (Al-Maidah, 82) In the Koran, there is also the following verse:

“Velatücadilu ehle’l kitabi illa billeti hiye ashen - Be courteous when you argue with the people of the book.”(Al-Anqabut, 46) He tells not to argue with the People of the Book, but to treat them kindly.

THIS IS WHAT THEIR FEAR IS. If Christian communities learn this, they will start to love Hz. Muhammad (A.S.V.) They have insulted and slandered him for fear that they will like him and tend to him. They tried to prevent the inclination of Christians towards Hz. Muhammad and the Koran by slandering Hz. Muhammad and the Koran. They are still continuing these ugly slanders and insults. If a Christian reads and searches Hz. Muhammad, the Koran, Islamic Mysticism and the books of Islamic Sufis such as Mawlana and Yunus Emre, he will come to the opinion that what we say is true, I am acting objectively and we criticize ourselves as much as we can, if necessary. There are some fake sheikhs that pretend to be mystical and divine by wearing costumes in our society too. They are same as Christian men of religion. They are called as “mutesheyyih- he that pretends to be a sheik”

Note 1: Polygamy is not peculiar to Hz. Muhammad (A.S.V.) only. The other Prophets had also married many women. Hz. Joseph and Benjamin’s mother is the same. The mothers of other ten sons of Jacob are different mothers. It is assumed that Jacob had lived with 3-5 women. We Muhammadans do not say but Christians and Jews insist saying that Hz. David had 99 wives. Hz. Abraham lived with two women at the same time (Sarah and Hagar). Isaac was born from Sarah and Ishmael was born from Hagar. Hz. Muhammad is from Ishmael’s genealogy.

Why we are telling this? We are writing these because Christians often put forward that Hz. Muhammad had lived with many women and try to insult our Great Prophet. Is there a rule that Abraham, Jacob, David, Solomon and some other Prophets can marry more than one woman and our Prophet Hz. Muhammad cannot marry another woman? Have they not been accusing the other Prophets mentioned above as well, in this way?

Note 2: Christians and Jews keep on saying that the Koran consists of the quotations from the Bible and the Torah. The Jews say the same for Jesus and Disciples. In other words, according to Jewish Rabbis, the Bible consists of the quotations of the Torah taken partly by Hz. Jesus, mostly by Disciples. Moreover, according to rabbis, the Bible is completely an invention of the Disciples. Torah is the only book of God for the Rabbis and there are not any other divine books. They say so but they accept the Psalms of David as well. We wonder if David wrote the psalms by quoting from the Torah. Now, I will request something from our brothers that are the People of Book and know God as “ONE-SOLE”: Leave all these sophistry and nonsense! If the Four Books (the Koran, Bible, Torah and Pentateuch are closely examined, it will be seen that the content of four of them are the same theologically and spiritually. There may be some slight differences, which are not very important. The content of these four books emphasize that the Creator of the Universe is ONE AND SOLE.

Allah is divine light. Allah has no sons and daughters. Divine light is an indivisible whole and divine light has no end. The Four Books mention the oneness of God and the abstract realities of metaphysical world (the next world) such as spirit, angels, genies, satan, paradise and the hell etc. The content of the four books is the same in this matter. The Four Books declare that there is a spiritual life after death. As for the commands and prohibitions, and permitted and prohibited acts, the content of the Four Books is again the same. Those that believe in these three religions pertaining to holy Books accepted “the Ten Commandments” revealed to Hz. Moses. Therefore, the content of three religions is the same and it cannot be different anyway.

Allah has reported realities to all the prophets in the same way. Now what I request from you is the acquirements of three religions are in common grounds in origin. If the followers of these three religions are not on common grounds in the content, an Orhan Hançerlioğlu and similar ones come up and they change the events under the History of Thought and connect them to atheism and materialism as follows:

According to these materialist authors of “the History of Thought”, Hz. Muhammad (A.S.V.) wrote the Koran by quoting from the Bible and Jesus and the Disciples wrote the Bible by quoting from the Torah and they say “Moses learnt the Torah from a desert scholar” and they show some articles of the Commandments as quotations from Hammurabi Laws. They try to abolish other realities of the Torah, of the Psalms of David, of the Bible, of the Koran that are composed of hundreds of pages.

This is that easy according to Orhan Hançerlioğlu and to similar historians of materialist thinking. It is to connect four great books to one or two articles that were left from Hammurabi (same as retaliation and cutting off the hand of the robber). They had not been definitely proved that they were the Laws of Hammurabi, scientifically. There is no definite historical evidence like “two plus two makes four”. They are only the personal interpretations and mind forcing of some historians on some passages.

It is really worth of attention that Orhan Hançerlioğlu did not write in his book that the person whom he called as a desert scholar was Moses’ s father in low “the Prophet Shuaib” when he said: “Moses learnt them from a desert scholar.” We wonder how much does this suit to Orhan Hançerlioğlu who shows himself as a thinker. I would like to draw the attention of my brothers who has read “the History of thought” written by Orhan Hançerlioğlu and by similar materialist and atheist writers to this point. That is why, I say to my brothers who believe in heavenly religions and who say, “Allah is One” to unite in our common grounds. Let us not give advantage to them unintentionally.

Attention: We have a book called “Tawrat-Torah” which is 3700 years old and written in the Hebrew language. This is not a short time. For some reasons, historians, as if, do not show such an inscribed great -thick- book as a historical document. This must be taken into consideration seriously. In other words, humanity owns a 3700 year-old inscribed book that consists of hundreds of pages, which is different from the inscriptions and drawings on the walls of caves and from cuneiform script. How can such a historical document be ignored? Perhaps they do not consider it important, as it is a holy book. Whereas, there are many cross-sections and stories from history in Tawrat.

Note 3: There is no verse in the Koran about “recm- stoning an adulteress to death”. It is said that there is in the Torah. “Recm” means to send away in disgrace and Allah said it for Satan: “Kale fehrüc minha feinneke recim”- ‘Be gone (from the Paradise among the Angels)’ said God, ‘you are accursed’.” (Al-Hijr, 34)

Here “recm” means “go away”. If it were written in the Koran as a verse, it would refer to this meaning. It has a metaphorical meaning. Or else Allah did not take a piece of stone and stone him. It may mean for woman: “the woman who commits adultery openly should have been married and she should have a husband, in order to be stoned (in other words, to be sent away or divorced)”. It is same as in the verse “Cut off the hands of the thief!” is interpreted as “to cut off the way of stealing, to prevent the theft and to take special precautions.” For example, Hz. Omar tried to prevent theft by assigning him allowance from the State Treasure but not by cutting their hands.

Note 4: Materialists are presenting a manner that as if the History of Thought starts by Hammurabi and there had not been any other thinkers and prophets before them. Some prohibitions in the Torah may look like Hammurabi’s Laws. A few articles of so called Hammurabi Laws might have been inspired by the Prophets before Moses, such as Prophet Joseph, Jacob, Isaac, Ishmael, Abraham, Noah and Enoch.

Note 5: Sufism is not peculiar to Islam only. Sufism has existed since Hz. Abraham. There are many people who exploit mysticism. It was partly degenerated too. There are many people who pretend to be a Sufi. The reason of it is Sainthood, Holiness is very valuable like gold. There are various fake golden things. However, there cannot be the fake of iron and copper. For Prophethood, Sainthood and Holiness are very precious from the point of view of Allah and people so there are many fakes of it. Naturally, fake saints (divine mystics) can be from mosque, church, synagogue, monastery and tekkes. There is no way to prevent it. The way to prevent gold plated copper is to insult the expert of it. For instance, counterfeit gold is known by the jewelers who are the experts of it. The person who serves as a real example of a mystic in our country is Yunus Emre, who turned his face to God and his back to the world and worldly pleasures. Yunus Emre is known by the experts. The way to prevent man’s exploitation everything can never be found. As long as human beings live on earth, there will be genuine or real and fake of everything. There is also another opinion as follows:

Everything is known by its opposite. This is a rule. Allah is the helper of those who seek the truth because Allah is the truth Himself. Allah likes those who really seek the truth and He helps him to find the truth Himself. There have always been people who look for the truth and find it, though there are not many.

“Errahmanu fes’el bihi habira- Ask the Merciful those who know Him.” (Al-Furqan, 59)

There is no other way rather than learning the truth from those who found the truth. It is impossible to cut off the relation between a teacher and a student. Then, the teaching of Sufism will last until the Resurrection Day as Yahya Kemal said for poetry:

“The eternal poem will not be put out until the Resurrection Day

It is a torch that is carried from hand to hand.”

“WHOEVER KILLED (DESTROYED HIS LIFE) A HUMAN BEING SHALL BE LOOKED UPON AS THOUGH HE HAD KILLED ALL MANKIND AND WHOEVER SAVED A HUMAN LIFE SHALL BE REGARDED AS THOUGH HE HAD SAVED ALL MANKIND.” (The Glorious Koran Al-Maidah, 32)
